Stars $27 - TT in BB, 3rd Level
No reads on the guy. I almost folded pre, but decided to take a flop.

Re: Stars $27 - TT in BB, 3rd Level
I like taking a flop here especially against an unknown. His flop bet looks weak so I don't blame you for taking a shot but folding is ok too. Once he calls your reraise you pretty much have to shut down.

Re: Stars $27 - TT in BB, 3rd Level
When we decide to call here, we must take a chance on a flop like this, so I like it. After the call, we are way behind his range

Check-call > Check-raise?? [/ QUOTE ] I think it's close. Check-call keeps the pot smaller but you still might get forced off the best hand on the turn. Check-raise puts more at risk and almost nothing you're behind folds out. I think you could argue for a call, raise, or fold in this spot. |

I hate c/r.
Check Call I just deleted most of my post because... In fact thinking about it I hate everything but check call. I think c/c looks very strong. And if I was villain I would need a good Q to fire again. |

With no reads, you played the the hand fine. Your only other real option is to push and get called by a Q. Nice lay down.
