Seeing as button was also in the hand and seemed to make a smallish value raise you might be able to put him on a Q. I'm not sure if Villain would just overcall here with top set. Maybe he would with bottom set in fear that you have a bigger set. Villain def does not have AA or KK.

If we intend to c/f now I think the flop raise is bad.

If he stays in with only one combo of AA and can have 33 here then we're 55% against his range.

I'd c/c turn and eval river.
