Default Re: JJ Facing Re-Re-Raise

A good rule for low buy in donkaments and new players is never fold TT+, AK PF.

[/ QUOTE ]

Couldn't agree with you more on this rule. I never fold the above hands at the accumulation stages of these, too many times donks will be pushing with 56s or even worse, of course sometimes they push Ace rag and I get smoked with hands like TT, JJ, QQ, and KK, but in the long run it's huge +cEV to get it all in with TT+, AK.

P.S.
Now, if only I could win a race in these lately, running soooooo bad. Just took 6th in one without winning one "all in" classic race confrontation. Was 0-5 until busting out with AK vs. K9, of course he hit the 9 making it 0-6 and this one was far from a race. Sorry, I know no bad beats on this thread, but I couldn't resist, had to vent a little, LOL!!

It might be eaiser to say "4-bet" rather than re-re-raise If AK is in SB's range (along with QQ-AA) then this is close. You're getting about break-even odds from the pot...1.8 to 1. Without a read on SB, calling can't be a mistake. I'm not sure if people will 4-bet AK in 4/180's.
