You have shown no aggression preflop and now you are putting a small cbet in a 3way pot OOP. The chances to take the pot down are small, so you are building a pot. Is this what you want with bottom pair+weak kicker?

Leading this flop is awful. Best case scenario you are hoping hand checks to river and you can snap off someones dumb stab at the pot.

But in reality, this hand is a train wreck from start to turn.

Specially with your T-high kicker i'd say this is a no brainer fold. You do not rep the A in any way and the J is most likely not good if hes got it and is raising it too.
