I'm all over Cincinatti and Denver against the spread this week.... I expected -13 or so for the Denver game and have -9.5

I have no idea how the Bengals line is where it is

I am waiting for Cleveland to get to 7 then I am taking them.

This spread was 3.5 before the week one games. Now it is possibly going to get up to 7! Why? Because after week one the Browns are being undervalued (some, they still arent very good). But the Bengals are overvalued. I see them as average. They needed 6 turnovers and a crap call to squeak out a home win (against a good team though). The Bengals do not have a good D. It was bad last year and the personel has not improved. Meanwhile, the Browns D is underrated and can stop teams as long as they dont start every series on their own 20 yard line.

In summary, this line is a complete overreaction to week one.

Cleveland was a 4-12 team (8/12 losses by 7 or more points) last year and granted they did get some improvements, but I don't feel it's enough to stop the offensive explosion that is Cincinnati. Both games between these two teams ended in a slaughter by Cincy last year (30-0 @ CLE, 34-17 @ CIN). I actually believe that Quinn will be better than a lot of people expect and he might start this week. However, Cleveland's O line is a turnstile and I don't want to jump to conclusions after only one week but Cincy defense chewed up Baltimore's offensive line last week.

I'll listen to a compelling argument for Cleveland, but I just don't see one.

It's not even close to a lock. Saints have proven nothing and had like two quality wins last year with an easy schedule

Tampa isn't great, but good grief, no where near a lock

Also, you just used your first post to call something a lock... therefore you've 100% jinxed that game and I will be staying away

Nice post - I'd take the Browns too if I had to pick the game.

no.. tampa is is awful.. cadillac is beat up.. garcia didnt do anything against them last yr and that was with better receivers.. If there is any game to bet on this week.. it is this one. the saints have something to prove after last week. this is the game to bet on.. some sites have the spread at saints -4.5.. i got it at -3.. if you can get it at -3.. it should be a steal
