In regards to my previous question: what order would you rank the following players: pharlap 2, nstx2, lordhutty, kwob20, and gank and what do you think of their play. (I picked these people because they seem to be thought of as not very good.)

- Are you annoyed with the results of our backing deals so far?

- What do you think my weaknesses are as a poker player?

- How did you learn of your investing opportunities outside of poker and have they worked out?

- Have you ever seen SCTrojans lose a big pot in an important situation other than the WSOP ME?

- Is beating Timex in 3 straight 300bb HU matches qualifications enough for backing when a certain backer cannot fulfill obligations on account of losing his roll to Ziigmund?

How many 5 year olds?
From experience, 1 but not 2.

Please comment on the profitability of poker and the ever-increasing strength of the games. Do you see yourself making significant money from poker in 10 years (by your play or otherwise) ?

Poker is going to suck at some point, I think I'll probably stop playing if I don't see myself making good money, we'll see how the next few weeks go.

How good do you think an average person with average intelligence and self-control can get at poker?

Iono, better than anyone in the world is now?

Hayden Panetairre or Jessica Biel (Hint: It's really not close)?

Hayden is like my age, so Jessica, not close.

Do you play video games? If so, are you stoked for Assassin's Creed?
No, should I be?

When was the last time u cried?
When I realized I had given 1/2 of funki's action to steve.

- How much of your net worth, as a basis of %, would you be willing to invest on an edge you feel is around a 10% ROI?
Assuming its just a coinflip, probably like 2.5%

- How's your PLO game since Niagara?
Heh, probably worse :S

- 5 most likely bands on your Ipod playlist?
RATM, Decemberists, Nine Inch Nails, Linkin Park, Pink Floyd

- Is beating Timex in 3 straight 300bb HU matches qualifications enough for backing when a certain backer cannot fulfill obligations on account of losing his roll to Ziigmund?

What HU freezeouts?

- Jurollo or ZBTHorton?

ZBT

- Shaun Deeb or Thayer?

Thayer

- Adam Junglen or anyone?

rhetorical?

- WoW or Razz?

never played WoW, guess Razz

- Jamie Gold or Jerry Yang?

F my life

- Forced to move away from Waterloo, where would you reside?

Linkoping

- Are you still backing fresh faces for Turning Stone events?

Heh

Excellent list, breakeven>>>>>>>>>>& gt;>>>>>>>>>>>&gt ;>>>>>>>>>>>>& gt;>>>>>>>>>>>&gt ;>>>>>hutty > kwob > gank > nsxt2 > pharlap 2

Oh my god those are sick backing results... for someone not in the know what are the big scores you backed?

50% of a million quarterly win, 50% of a 215 million win, 60% of an FTOPS 2nd place, 15% of 2nd in Aussie, 35% of 3rd in Barcelona,67% of 1st in Grand Prix de Paris.

so what you're saying is after your big sng score, you didn't attend the Mark Newhouse school of money management?

Nah, too cool for school

timex,

[censored] you for being so rich.

and [censored] you for playing deepstacked poker so badly

- Are you annoyed with the results of our backing deals so far?
Annoyed with the result of the one tournament I didn't back you for, but other than that, meh.

- What do you think my weaknesses are as a poker player?
Dunno, from what I've seen you seem pretty solid.

- How did you learn of your investing opportunities outside of poker and have they worked out?
My dad has always been into stock trading and has been managing that for me, I think its gone ok, but nothing too special.

- Have you ever seen SCTrojans lose a big pot in an important situation other than the WSOP ME?
SCTrojans plays big pots?

do you think the stars 100r is the toughest tournament online?
No, its definitely tough, but obv. the 200r is tougher

how big of an edge do you think top online MTTers have over the field? as in what do you think their EV is in any single event, over the long run? 100%? 200%? more?

It depends on whether your trying to maximize EV or ROI, I think if you don't initial rebuy and add-on, some very good players could approach a 200 ROI, but when maximizing EV by increasing their average spending etc, I think their ROI get down to like 100 as they spend like 700 on average.
