Default 100NL What are good hands to 4bet with?

this sucks cause you have to call when he shoves

i know cause i did it w/ 99 today

good 4 betting hands are ones that you can easily fold to a shove (e.g. 54s) and ones that you are happy to get it ai w/ (e.g. KK)

I've discovered the small 4-bet of late (well, someone mentioned it to me). It's a thing to behold.
