For example, I can't rememebr the exact score of the last World Cup final, but I do know that it was 1-1 before extra time, Zidane scored a penalty, got sent off in extra time and then Italy won on penalties. Or even better, bet on Liverpool to win the Champion's League Final in 2005. Put the bet on at half time when they're losing 3-0. I heard (urban myth) someone did that and got odds of 300-1 or something silly, although they only put like £10-20 on it.

Awesome idea dude. You're not using the knowledge you had of just 1992... but knowledge of everything that happened between then and now. So all you have to do is convince a few millionairres that you're legit then sell them info that may not apply to '92 but would certainly apply in future years.

Step 1. Get an internship at movie production company

Step 2. Bet the big moneyline upsets...finding a bookie isn't hard.

Step 3. Pitch your awesome original movie/tv ideas while at work.

Step 4. You've now been hired as a movie executive. Keep betting the moneylines etc. Make tons of $$ of your movie ideas.

Step 5. Bang supermodels.

Step 6. Your a multi millionaire...and its only been 4-6 months

When you're sitting around in 1992 with 100 other people who write screenplays for a living, what makes you think your ideas will standout as "awesome"? Just because they've since been made into movies?
