If by net worth you mean total liquid cash, then 25%-ish currently is online.

If by net worth you mean net worth, then it's somewhat less.

I can't fathom having like 90%+ of my total cash in online poker accounts, unless I just won some massive MTT or something. Even then, I'd be wiring the majority of the money out asap.
