NL400: QQ
opponent 25/11/4.3.
With 100bb i think this is standard. Should i just c-c the turn and c-f the river only problem with that its turns my hand faceup and if he bluffs the river with even some frequrency i'm screwed. What about b-f turn but what to do if he calls the turn we only got a about PSB left. Villain stack 638$, hero covers. Party Poker No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $2/$4 4 players Converter Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG folds, Button raises to $14, SB folds, Hero raises to $46, Button calls. Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($94, 2 players) Hero bets $65, Button calls. Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($224, 2 players) Hero checks, Button bets $145, Hero raises all-in $672.98, Button calls. Re: NL400: QQ
yikes. i really don't think there's any value in your turn c/r since you are so deep. i think he's folding hands as strong as JJ or KK.
i would c/c turn and probably c/f river. good point that if he bluffs river with good frequency it sort of sucks, but i just can't come up with anything better. i think literally anything is better than c/r on turn though unless he's a maniac/bad. |

Re: NL400: QQ
^^^^^ i think your way wrong as this being party poker... not the standard play here, but i stil think u get looked up here with worse hands along with some pair&draw type hands..

Re: NL400: QQ
Mehhhh I think I bet-fold turn. C/f river if called. B/f river if called on turn can only be bad if he's capable floating two streets, because I doubt you'll ever see TT/JJ do this. Seems unlikely.
More likely he'll raise turn with his set and you can get away... |
