I would just call down and fold if the K or A comes and he is still betting. I don't think you gain enough protection to warrant trying to raise and knock out the SB.

Yep, time to start calling. And don't fold if an Ace or King comes. It would be very strange for a straightforward player to play A hi this way. He probably has a pp and thinks this is a pretty safe flop, its most likely lower than yours because he did not cap preflop.

maybe the turn, but I think UTG is going to show up with a Q fairly often as well, so I want to get to showdown cheaply
