Default 99 hand - KQx flop

BB is unknown but he did just scoop a pot by betting into me and button and we folded(An overcard hit so my hand was 3rd best pair +FD then he donked). </font>

After I get called twice on this flop, I'm pretty much done with the hand. Or that's how I'm feeling at that moment, anyway.

I don't think getting checked to on the turn is really that reassuring, either.

However, your recent history at the table makes hands like AT/AJ/JT/J9 or a club draw more likely than they would be otherwise for the river bettor, so I am tempted to call. Another factor in your favor is that double-paired boards make betting a naked ace seem more attractive to a lot of players. Also, there are some players who get real stubborn with hands like 55, so long as no ace shows up on the flop, no matter how scary the board looks otherwise.

Yeah, sure, go ahead and call. If by some chance Button raises, obviously you fold.
