was my fold on the river correct? i really don't see what i'm beating:

villians stats? i generally take this kind of hand for 2 streets of value rather than all 3 given our weak kicker. (of course this is villian dependent...). So i probably c/c the river instead of b/f.

and i generally PSB the flop

Yeah c/c river is a better line, it lets him stab potential missed diamond draws and maybe an A he thinks is good. Against an unknown its better to check.

If you're going to fold to a raise, just c/c the river instead.

SABR or effang (I can't remember which because of their avatars) had a good comment the other day, calling this the reverse yeti theorem. They often don't believe you paired the jack and they think their ace is good. But anyway our kicker is lame so yeah check/call the river I guess. I probably bet/call and kill a kitten when I'm beat.
