I while ago I read a pretty good article on the whole stripper/hooker/pornstar comparasion and for the life of me I can't find it. Basically the arthor boiled it down to this-

All three basically do the same job and on average the pay is close but each type hates the other two and think they're better.

I'm going to do some more looking.
