You should have used your "Protection from horseshoe" card.

Any way I get away from this? Maybe I shouldn't have reraised allin on the flop, or maybe just folded preflop... I mean, why should I risk my whole stack on the first hand with only AA....

[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah you were taking a big risk with a vurnable hand here. I would just minraise preflop, so that i still had the option to get away from my hand.
On the flop i think your allin was very risky. It is better to "valuecall your nuts" and see how the hand develops. When you see those Purple Horseshoes coming on the turn and river i would get seriously worried, I mean aces is a very vurnable hand when overcards are coming.

By playing the hand less aggresivly it should be possible to get away from the hand.

So yes, you were unlucky but you also played the hand badly.

Judging by his bet on the flop you can at least put him on two baseball cards at the very least. In this scenario, what you did was fine. However, if say you put him on the Prince of Stars and instead he turns over a community chest and the dealer button, well now you're in trouble. What you want to do in this situation is go all in. If he calls, fold. If he says fold, raise. If he raises your all in, then king him. If no clear winner is decided, a two man sack race will be held on consecutive Sundays until a champion is crowned.
