Is this betting reasonable?

You should have folded this pre-flop.

Three bet from sb is usually pretty strong and you are oop against 3 other players still to act.

It isn't reasonable to call a re-raise preflop with A7s.
You are oop and can expect that SB has a better hand than yours.

Fold preflop.

Also fold flop too because you don't have enough folding equity and certainly not enough pot odds. I'm still a beginner and i can see that this hand is pretty bad.

I think you're mistaken about the pot odds, although it's close. When i push all-in there is $11.60 in the pot. If one villain calls my shove, the pot (not counting my last bet of $9.35) is $17.55. So it seems like i created a situation where i'm effectively getting at least 17.55/9.35 = 1.9:1 pot odds. The odds of hitting the flush are 1.8:1 against, so it seems
quite reasonable to me to shove as i did.

Big mistake semi-bluffing the flop. You should only semi-bluff when you think you have fold equity. SB bet into two people and then stuck around after a call and a raise. MP raised after a bet from someone who 3-bet preflop and a call. What makes you think BOTH of them are going to fold to your raise?

They both don't have to fold, because the pot odds are right (though barely) to make the shove acceptable.

If someone has a set (which does seem quite reasonable given the action) you're closer to a 3:1 dog.

And I agree with everyone saying pf is major spew.

fold preflop,
and dont shove all in on the flop, just call the raise hope to hit your flush on the turn.
