6 big pots today I lose 4 and win 2. I should have won five of them.

Here's your problem. The "should".
If you're a 70 % favourite it doesnt mean you "should" win this hand. It means you'll win it 70 % of the time.
There's variance in poker, get over it. Dont focus on how lucky or unlucky you are, focus on making good decisions. Dont post threads like these, post threads discussing hands, meta game strategy, BR management etc. Things that are usefull.

If most of your losses come from bad beats and coolers, thats a good sign. It means you're playing better than your opponents. In hold'em you're rarely more than a 70-80% favourite when the money goes in. This means you'll get good hands cracked very regularily. With good bankroll management this variance shouldnt be a problem.

Coming to peace with the variance is probably one of the biggest steps you can take as a poker player. Do it asap so you can move on to more important stuff.

Every generic bad beat you can imagine not involving quads I have had in the last two weeks.

[/ QUOTE ]
You haven't played enough poker if you think this is at all unusual. I mean two weeks. Sheesh.
