Default I thought he made the flush, so I bet/folded. Good or bad?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $234.99
Hero (BB): $200.00
UTG: $176.95
BTN: $154.78

Preflop: Hero is dealt 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG raises to $4.00, BTN calls $4.00, SB folds, Hero calls $2.00

Flop: ($13) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero bets $9.00, UTG calls $9.00, BTN folds

Turn: ($31) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $24.00, UTG calls $24.00

River: ($79) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $30.00, UTG raises to $60.00, Hero folds.

How do you guys like this play? Villain shows 50/22/1.5 over 150 hands. I think by b/folding I'm getting value from the mediocre hands he's calling me down with.

Would anyone bet/call?

i think this is good altho i probably bet 45 and fold to get more value out of AJ/other two pairs. you even lose to KQ here so fold is good.

bet-call is gross imo

I would never fold here, but that might be a leak. I don t think I have any information about villain to fold to a river min raise, he could have made 2 p or bluff. You only have ot be right once in 7 times to be right to fold. So you must be sur he has you beat more than 86 % to fold....
I call and will keep on calling these.

i look to c/r this flop multiway. U want to find a way of inflating the pot asap. $9 to someone in pos is an easy call with a wide range and ur hand becomes v much weaker on many turns putting you in a bad spot. also bet more on the turn to really test him.
Dont like river blocking bet. Ur blocking an inappropriate range? Obv he is raising the flush and now might be raising weaker hands like 2 pair coz he thinks ur scared. I'd say bet folding given bet sizing here is terrible. Either make a propper bet and fold or check call if u think he makes thin enuf bluffs/ value bets.

Vilain is a 50/22/1.5 over 150 hands ,typycally the kind of player that overvalue hands and go broke on TPWK frequently, his AF(1.5) is actually strong considering the amount of hands he is playing .
I would never fold that river to a min raise as he shows up with 2 pair as often as a flush here.Hell he might just have AK here.
Basiccaly my idea is that he is the type of fish u can t make big laydown against especially when you are getting great pot odds.

Someone mentioned c/c'ing here and that is what I usually do in this situation. If you are going to invest 30$ on a bet, why not invest it in a c/c instead?
I feel a 2p would rais the flop or turn here so it's hard to put him on that.
