Very simple 10/20 2-7
Full Stars game, all opponents are unknown.
UTG opens, UTG+1 coldcalls, fold to me on button with 2558X. I call or fold? Obviously standard fold against just an UTG raise but the coldcall made me want to hop in the pot. I'm really not used to seeing coldcalling in this game so I wasn't sure. |

Re: Very simple 10/20 2-7
looks like a borderline play (approx. same EV either way). I would play on if opponents are not strong after draws, but otherwise maybe not. The main other factor is whether the cold caller 3 in this spot with his good two cards draws...

Turbomuck. No one who is any good raises worse UTG or coldcalls worse.

I play. I think its okay if you are confident you play better on later streats. I'm obv not looking to put in 6 big bets if i make 85 or anything.

Re: Very simple 10/20 2-7
This is such a standard call for me against most players.
That being said, I seem to cold call in this spot with pretty much all two card draws. So, if people are 3-betting their good hands here, an 852 would be closer to a fold for them. |

Re: Very simple 10/20 2-7
I don't see why this is a muck even without the cold caller. I like a 3 bet better than a muck if there wasn't a cold caller.

Re: Very simple 10/20 2-7
also, I don't think I've ever sat in a stars triple draw game where all opponnents are unknown. That would mean it's either a really live game and I'd definitely call, or hopefully you're just new to the game/level.

Re: Very simple 10/20 2-7
if you didnt have a pair in your hand I'd definitely lean towards folding. Borderline but against bad players I'd call here for sure.
