I haven't put any money online in a while.
I thought it was supposed to be a pain, having to use e-passport or something. I decided to take a shot and just put it on my debit card. Boom, instant approval. Is my bank just slipping on checking these transactions, or is the going easier online now? |

Boom, instant approval. Is my bank just slipping on checking these transactions, or is the going easier online now? [/ QUOTE ] Debit cards have been working smoothly for many in recent months. Banks have every reason to want these type of transactions to succeed. DOJ has not even drafted any regulations for the banks to follow at this time. |

Just worked instantly for me too. Visa Debit 'Check Card', my ATM card tied to my checking account at a major US bank. Went right thru... sweet... deposit ...and... profit?

I have a few credit cards issued with smaller banks that have gone through as well...the majors (Chase, BofA, etc) seem to be insta-declines more often than not.
