I would raise, because they are players left to act behind you, and even if you are flipping there is a $50 overlay

I call. BB folds.
Turn is the 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Villian bets 100, Hero just jams and hope he calls with diamonds QT,AK, etc.?

nah if you get to the turn like that with other guy folding and it's a brick then you should just call the turn. a big part of the reason you just raise the flop is all the ugly turn cards that can come and the pot being three way.

yeah sorry disregard. i guess i was just thinking that the only time i don't raise the flop is when villain is a huge nit so in that case i wouldn't raise turn either. but obviously in reality there are a couple of hands we can stack here as well as a bunch of hands we are happy to take down the pot against, so shove.

i would 3bet preflop, raise flop and get it in. as played i'd raise turn. the board is too scary to screw around, and you never know what kind of crap like KQ and A5 people will get ai with you here.

Do you have PFR stats on villian UTG+1? Many 6-max TAGs are around 25/15/3. That 15 says all pairs, all suited broadway, KJo+, suited aces A4+, T9s+.

AQ is ahead or races a lot of this range and you have position. How about 3bet preflop. makes pot around 90 on the flop. Committing from there -- 4x pot with top 2 -- is easy decision.

Nevermind if villian PFR stats are way tighter or if you are 4bet preflop.

I mix between calling/raising based on how often he c-bets into a couple of guys, timing tells, etc. Don't think its a huge difference either way although the rest of the hand certainly plays out differently depending on what you choose.
