Default 33$: 7-handed, AKs after raise and re-raise all-in. Your play?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (7 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

MP2 (t2610)
CO (t2810)
Hero (t1770)
SB (t2840)
BB (t3950)
UTG (t1820)
MP1 (t4200)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to t400</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, CO goes all-in [t2810] , Hero?

I suspect that MP1 is kind of weak with a middle pocket pair, don't know about CO. His range is probably something like 99+, AJ+. quite loose player. is pushing here +ev or should i just give it up?

I'm not quite sure how you're getting that read on MP1. I'm just going to assume that you mean his range is 88+. Also, it depends on what you think MP1 is going to call. I'm not sure what you're supposed to do with the ranges you set them on, but normally, I'd fold this. Your stack is still healthy and you're in no hurry to gain chips (unless there's something about the party structure that i don't know)

I shove which makes it hard for original raiser to call. So should be 550 of dead money to win.
