Yep, talking about deposits and I will eat my words if this is not what went on. OP probably did both and was charged on the deposit only as that is where that number is generated. Also t is important to note that it is 27% of $125 and not $125.

Yes if there was a processing fee of $125.00 then the OP would be on the hook for $33.75.

This is the exact reason we show all the fees against everyone's rake, if this is the case that Kevin got charged $125 for a withdrawal or transfer, it will be new to us.

Any other affiliates heard of this?

After talking with my rakeback guy, yes I was charged $33, and not the $125 that I initially thought.......the problem was the way the website showed the processor fees, it is a little confusing.
