I can see a fold to a cold 3-town by BU, but the situation is so rare that I wouldn't worry about it. Sorry about your loss.

I agree this turn was played wrong but the fold isn't a gigantic mistake. Hero beats like 98 and retardation.

EDIT: btw I didn't say the c/f was not a mistake at all, I just said that the turn fold isn't the huge, stupid fold it probably looks like at first glance.

i agree that because these guys are so tight, their ranges are skewed toward hands that have just boated up.

op,

note that when you check, it adds a lot of weirdness to villains' actions. this is why folding if it goes bet/raise/raise is a lot better than folding if it goes check/bet/raise.

Missed the villains' stats ... Xhad is right on, the fold is not bad. But still meh. What makes it look worse is the misplayed turn. If it were bet/raise/reraise, I'd be dropping it like it's hot. And puking a little bit.
