im running a 5.1 % .what is an avergae 3 bet % . what % is Laggy and whats nitty. thanks

Thats fine really, just be sure to do it against the adequate opps. 8% might start to be too much unless the raiser is 20%PFR, you can still do it in position, but calling and playing in position with borderline hands like AJo is also fine. Less than 3% is nitty.

holdem manager beta(www.holdemmanager.net) has loads of 3 bet stats and 4 bet stats . i think poker tracker also has it .
