It also seems customary not to tip if you take down the pot with a c-bet on the flop. At least that seems like protocol at Foxwoods.

I tip $1 each time I win a pot, regardless of the size. (if its Huge, maybe $2.
I give the cage a $1 everytime I cash out. I give the board a $1 everytime I win. I give the floors a dollar or two if the bring me a comp slip. I also tip the floor a dollar if they bring me chips for the 'aces never lose' promotion. |

[img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] But I agree, $1 a pot is fine. Many loose player (and dealers who play) will tip up to $5, which I think is spewing chips. The ElDorado in Reno uses quarters. I like it; it minimizes the rake and you can tip with them or use them for blinds. |
