I think you've gotta bet out more on the flop (maybe $1.00?) As played, I think you should fold to the first check-raise, and DEFINITELY fold to the SB's re-raise. The turn card is a nightmare at best...

Bet more on the flop, this is a very wet board and you want make draws pay here. When SB check/calls/reraises, I'm done with the hand...

notice SB is a short stack and after the flop i was playing heads up with BB which had re-raised the flop so i figured he had a pair and was trying to push out the flush draw

calling the re-raise on the flop
was becuase i figured i was commited with top pair and i was getting odds calling an all-in

I'm pretty sure when a short stack CRAI here he has you beat very most of the times. Plus it's kind of good for you because you can fold and still see a showdown and see what kinds of hands villains played in which way here...

It looks like you're beating the BB caller, he doesn't seems to have the flush, nor the straight judging by his way of betting and calling the turn & river. He could have wanted to check/raise you with a K high diamond flush thought. But then again, why did he re-raised strongly with a flush draw on the flop?

he probably had two pairs on the flop like you say. The SB could have been drawing for the flush, or the straight with QJ.

Without backdoor flush-outs I fold flop after the c/r or the push
