bookmaker...opened at 28.5, fell to 28 for a few minutes
very odd considering everywhere else I looked had it at 28.5 or 28 with alot of juice Cal ML -560 @ CSU bet 4.2u to win 0.75u Penn St ML -880 v ND bet 4.4u to win 0.5u
