Default Re: Folding flopped straight on mono

not with a minraise *and* a dry sidepot, it doesn't

[/ QUOTE ]

fwiw, that side pot is not dry the second that Bonds puts his bet in. Theres $4100 in the main put and he just put $2700 in the side pot. If I'm the MP1 guy, I see bonds bet (in addition to value bets) as 'I think I'm ahead of shorty and want to isolate him' (a fairly wide range). I see the minraise coming with a lot of hands here, too, not just ones ahead of a straight/straight-flush draw.

If the minraisers FE is so much that we're folding straights / straight-flush draws (getting 4.5:1 odds), then he should be minraising you here every single time (that's at least 1/2 of the hands bonds leads with, imo).

I think I'm inclined to timebank some and ship it in here.

Edit: I may be overstimating bonds lead range, so I'm going to ask (Bond18): what do you do after that flop with KsJx?, what about Ts9x? What about JhJd? AhQh? QhJs? Are any of these leads, too?
