honestly, SUCH an over-raise, i put him on jj/qq 10000% and i insta-pushed all-in ...didn't even think twice

Fold preflop. In fact, just sit out...you have enough chips to almost guarantee a cash, and that is a very sweet accomplishment these days with the tougher fields.
