Re: *** Official Fantasy Football Start\'em/Sit\'em Thread: SEPT ***
This was posted by Rotowire....
There have been unconfirmed reports that Glenn (knee) may miss the season, ESPN.com reports. To be clear though, the Cowboys' official site still indicates at this time that Glenn is likely to miss two weeks and possibly more. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Terry Glenn is not playing on Sunday. [/ QUOTE ] there are rumors that he may be out for the season so def pick up Crayton cuz he'll be money with TO double teamed every game [/ QUOTE ] I've heard no such rumors. I've heard 2 games (or longer). Never heard season... [/ QUOTE ] My advice. PICK UP CRAYTON ASAP REPORT: TERRY GLENN OUT FOR SEASON by Michael David Smith Yesterday the Dallas Cowboys' official web site had two conflicting reports about the health of wide receiver Terry Glenn. Today the report that owner/G.M. Jerry Jones said that Glenn would miss the entire season has been taken off the web site, while the report that Glenn's absence will be two weeks and possibly more is still there. So does that mean the "out for the season" report was wrong and the "two weeks" report was right? Not according to Matt Mosley of the ESPN Hashmarks blog, who says Glenn will miss the year. "Late Thursday night, a member of the organization told me Glenn was indeed finished for the season," Mosley writes, "but that the Cowboys decided (a little too late) to hold off on making the announcement." Losing Glenn, who had surgery last month to have a cyst removed from his knee, would be a tough break for the Cowboys, who would likely move Patrick Crayton into the starting lineup across the field from Terrell Owens. |

My advice. PICK UP CRAYTON ASAP [/ QUOTE ]QFT and start him in deep leagues. I had him as sleeper before season and this is great news. With Owens being a lunatic it's concievable Crayton has a very nice season. |

Speaking of which... I added Crayton in one league where I happen to have Romo and Terrell Owens starting. Do I start Crayton too over Jerry Porter or Chester Taylor?

Porter all the way...#1 wr on team playing at home against a [censored] defense that lost its best corner in the off season.

Re: *** Official Fantasy Football Start\'em/Sit\'em Thread: SEPT ***
I generally like to stick with the guy I drafted as my starter, especially if he's going against a weakish D, but everybody seems to think Romo is going to have a field day against the Giants.

Re: *** Official Fantasy Football Start\'em/Sit\'em Thread: SEPT ***
man I'm glad I have Witten then (with regards to Glenn)
Hmm not sure who I drop to take Crayton. Really conflicted. I could drop jenkins, dunn, norwood, curtis. Curtis will catch as many balls or more then Crayton. Jenkins is the #2 in Atlanta, so I figure ditto. hmm I dunno. |
