Some Help-FTP Settings and Such

Don't know where this should go?
I want my tables to always automatically appear as 2x2 and 2 on top of them on my screen. like this:
xx
xx with 2 in the middle
I want it to auto-rebuy to the max. Can you do those things on FTP? Thanks very much.
