i suppose i can tell you how, though actually doing it is the hard part. i don't have any special tricks, if that's what you're looking for. once you know exactly how to make the shots, you are just going to have to be patient, because it will take some luck to get 3 in a row. anyways, in white:

<font color="white"> 1. the top balloon is relatively easy. shoot it it lightly off the top rubber block.
2. to get the middle balloon, you will have to bounce it off the bottom of the upper rubber block, then off the top left corner of the lower rubber block. if you get it at the right speed, it will float back up and hit the balloon.
3. the bottom balloon you get by directly hitting the bottom left corner of the upper rubber block. the dart will bounce right back to you.
4. like i said, i wish i had a hint as to where to aim or how hard to shoot, but i don't. get a rough idea of how to make each shot individually, and then try to put together 3 in a row </font>
