Re: QQ 3bet vs pfr with A board
I don't like the turn check. I would bet and fold to a raise.

Re: QQ 3bet vs pfr with A board
fd,
1.tell me, why did you check the turn? 2. me thinks you underestimate this MR 16/10s range that he plays this way so....what range do you give him given the action so far? start with preflop and narrow it down as required. you need to attempt to answer these questions so we (the micro community) can correct/guide you as required. ozi |

Re: QQ 3bet vs pfr with A board
Yes, I think so.
You are behind far more hands that your opponent might have on the turn (AT+,KK,TT,99), than you beat (JJ,KQ), and the pot is relatively small. |

Re: QQ 3bet vs pfr with A board
after pfr i gave vill 77+,A9s+,KJs+,ATo,KQo range
so after i 3bet pf, bet A flop and vill call i gave him A9s+, KhJh,ATo+,77,TT may be JJ,KQo |

Re: QQ 3bet vs pfr with A board
preflop this actually isnt a bad range although you could sneak in a few more hands such as QJs, K10s as well if he is feeling frisky.
I think you give him too much credit postflop and check/folding the turn allows him to win with his entire range if he is smart enough to bet everytime you check the turn. basically for me the turn check is really weak and if you only ever bet here when you have a big hand then you become easy to read. Bet it bro, thats what I'd do and go from there. |

Re: QQ 3bet vs pfr with A board
HU I bet this down for value. Villain has done nothing to define his hand apart from betting after we checked to him. I might consider slowing down if villain raised us on the flop, but that's about it.

Re: QQ 3bet vs pfr with A board
actually i took b/f line because vill has high wts so he may cd JJ,99,88 and he peels KQ,KJ flop
but during my session review i thought that he would bet only better hands because he had 1.6af so c/f line is better |
