Default Learning Olympic Lifting

hey i donīt know how to do olympic lifting but want to learn. iīve read-watched videos on the internet a fair amount but itīs all pretty overwhelming, there is the jerk pull, the clean and catch, push overhead jerkpull squat and so on. any advice on how to go about this?

Find nearest weightlifting or powerlifting gym. Go there and say that you'll like to learn this stuff. :-)

What sites do you watch the videos on? http://weightliftingexchange.com/ has a bunch of good ones in the forums. I'd also like to learn the olympic lifts, but I'm convinced you need a coach to do it right. Either that or crazy patience and friends willing to video you.

yeah just walk in and say that. You are rich and can afford a trainer.

thanks and thatīs exactly what i would do but iīm in bolivia right now and pretty convinced that i could try with all my might and still not find a single person here who could teach me olympic lifting so that leaves me here in this thread.
