I was thinking we should try this, just get one house in N Stonington for 2+2 people. I guess it just isn't worth it. You'd need one person there all the time to keep order.

wanted to do this forever and seeing as im down there like 4 times a week nowadays it may be a great option. if we had enough people and one person who lived in the area looking to have a place down there then lets start some discussion

It would definetly be cheap enough if enough people showed interest (which it seems more than a few of us are).

I would def see it becomming a problem though. Sum1 would have to put his name on the lease, and people would have to send him money everymonth. If we could figure out the details id be willing to pay 100-200 a month to have a house near foxwoods

If ne one is SERIOUSLY intrested PM me and we will discuss. It seems houses in thie area r VERY cheap to rent, and they come fully furnished. seems like it could work, but i also see how it could fall apart very easily
