Turn raise should be a lot more...the pot is 850 after your call so making it 200 more is meh...500 more & you can just get AI on river no matter what

i dont mind the small raise so much, but you have to make it knowing that you are pushing the river really no matter what it is. Go broke son.

Raise turn more, raise river, I think this is just a lone K way more often than anything that beats you...most 2 pair+ hands on the turn would 3bet to defend against draws.

THe check on the flop could be anything, but the turn doesnt' look like trips, more Kx, draw or 2 pr. If KJ KT he bets the flop, so I don;t see what you are behind except maybe K5. Some people will play trips like this but not often.
If we don't think he has 2 pr+ is he calling a push w Kx? Maybe a smaller value bet will be called more often. A read would help but we don't have it.
