my dorms had this too, we had to sign some bs too. me and my roommates played a lot of online poker that year, and they didn't do anything. i doubt its enforceable.

I went to Madison and this is a sad day for a campus with a liberal/diverse history.

If I was in school there right now I would be drinking.

That has nothing to do with the thread topic though.

Fwiw- we got these types of housing disclaimers also and rarely was anything enforced rigorously.
We brewed beer in Bradley Hall and I'm pretty sure everyone knew it and nothing ever happened.

Note I'm not saying openly violate this.
