Preflop, I almost always raise but decided to try for a limp-reraise since the table was a little aggressive.
Once I am bet into, what is my plan on the flop? Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) converter Button ($516.26) SB ($171.90) BB ($1262) Hero ($732.52) MP ($414.14) CO ($164.90) Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $3. Hero calls $6, MP calls $6, CO calls $6, 1 fold, SB (poster) completes, BB checks. If you have a crazy image just go allin. Actually, sometimes I go allin because you won't get any action unless he has a 9. Or he could have TJ, and you could let him catch up by flatcalling.

I see no reason not to raise. If you call, anything you are getting more money out of would have called your flop raise anyways (a 9 or TJ). I think I raise and lead half the pot on the turn and maybe pot the river but I am pretty sure I suck.

Raise.
Just calling here then raising on a later street is by no means tricky. You want the pot as big as possible, and hope someone flopped good. |

raise so you can bet more on the turn and more on the river.

I see no reason to raise. Pretend you have Qx. If he checks turn, he probably has something like QJ. If he fires, he likely has 9x, and you can make a value raise.
I don't like a raise. |

You may as well raise. If he has a 9 he may push on you, if not he might still call JT (so don't raise too much), and there's always the comedy AA option.
The problem with calling is that a lot of turns kill your action even if he has something like 92o. |

I almost never slow play but this is a spot to do it. You have people to act behind you that you want to come along and a raise shuts out alot of hands. If someone has JT behind you and a raise knocks them out while a call lets them draw completly dead. If it was just me, the BB, and SB I would raise, but with people behind a call is best.

Raising here is pretty dumb.
