rofl, Dell makes pretty cheap laptops that offer a high bang for the buck ratio, but they're built like crap. Cheap plastics all around, crappy trackpads and keyboards, budget internal components, etc.

Don't get me wrong, Dell can be a great option for people who can't afford anything else. But if you're like many here and the difference between spending $1000 and $2000 laptop isn't gonna matter much to you financially, there are FAR better quality options.

BRAG:

posting this from my new macbook pro right now.

i told the salesguy that i needed to run windows to play poker on my mac and when i pulled out a wad of hundreds to pay for it he asked me

are those all winnings?

after i said yes he asked me how long it took me to make it. i told him in july i made 15k (im just a young kid) . he asked me 'but how much did you lose?'

Sending it in and missing the last couple weeks would have paid for at least a few new computers.

I have a $2400 Dell laptop and if I somehow lost it today I would immediately buy pretty much the exact same one. What is a far better quality option and why?
