Is folding this turn insane?

I really wanted to fold this turn but didn't. I thought the pot was big enough and my ace outs might be good. The villain is like 40 / 28 / 2.5. Can anyone ever find a fold here?

there are two players in the hand when we make the decision. You only describe one of them.

Depending on SB I peel or fold. River is a fold UI.

Any reads on SB?? I think this is a fold if he's got any aggression to him at all.

I think counting 2 ace outs is a stretch which is about what you'd need here correct? Implied odds only good on the 4outs to the straight... EVneutral
