but is it standard??

since i don't know how to deal with 70/36's I frustration calldown

First one just stove it against top 36%, although he might not open the top 36%, but it's close enough. You don't have enough equity to put in 2 bets from the turn, he'll probably "bluff" all king highs and ace highs on the river which makes it worse. Also you don't want to slow him down, if he sees you call down with queen high he might stop betting so relentlessly.

Second one is fine. He's probably opening 100% in the SB, and you have ~50% equity on the flop against a random hand.

hand 1 looks disgusting to me, fold the flop. stove your equity vs. random hands and check with your effective pot odds to calldown.

hand 2 i like.

yeah I was going to post this in NC/LC(hence LOLhand1 and results being posted) but I thought maybe I could learn a little bit here. I just get so pissed when I 3bet these bastards with AJ brick the flop and they call my cbet.
