Re: 6.5: raising donk bets
Raise a little more pf or limp. I prefer t120 with the limper. Call his silly lead and see what he does on the turn.

Re: 6.5: raising donk bets
At a 6.5 -- I'd call the lead (it was around a half-pot) and hope we get a check/check on the turn and often call a small bet on the river if the river is a likely brick.
I see a *LOT* of donk min-bets in similar situations. If my hand is vulnerable (like TT) or the board is draw heavy, I tend to throw in a pot raise to take down the pot immediately. If my hand is significantly less vulnerable, then I'll usually make a smaller raise -- I want to bring the donk along, but at least make him pay to draw to a raggy 2pair, gutshot or whatever he thinks has value draw-wise. Re: 6.5: raising donk bets
Preflop I am limping TT but raising JJ and AK here.
As played you arent folding any better hands by raising the flop , I doubt you are getting called by many worse hands, and you're spewing to hands that beat you. |

Re: 6.5: raising donk bets
I limp too.
As played on the flop, creating a big pot by raising is bad for a lot of reasons but calling is good as he bets probably a lot of hands here. After that, I am in c/f mode if unimproved. |
