UIGA Research Help

Hey guys,
For a class I'm taking, I'm required to write a research paper on a controversial topic of my choice. Naturally, I chose the Unlawful Internet Gambling Act (UIGA for those of you who don't know). The paper's minimum length is 40 pages, so I'm going to need a good 10 or 20 sources. Also, I need to interview "experts" on the topic, so I'm looking for either solid sources of information regarding the UIGA, or an expert on the topic (preferably a pro who makes a living online). It'd require a phone conversation or a face-to-face meeting, so hopefully that doesn't bother anyone. I live in northeastern Ohio and am willing to drive to meet anyone willing to help. Please respond with any articles you've read, links to websites that could help me out, or if you could be considered an expert on the topic, and are willing to help me out.

One thing that you should take note of is that it's called the UIGEA, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.

Go to the Legislation forum and search. There are a ton of articles in threads. Do the research.
