Looks a lot like pocket aces...I might call and bet out on 6th (a check/raise is a little too risky, I think). Most players don't play rolled up hands that fast.

I think this is just very player dependent... You really need to be thinking about what this guy thinks of you here.
I agree with blumpkin that you see aces here a lot against typical opponents. Although I think I would fear the rolled 7s enough here to just check-call it down.

Call and hit. Yeah, the other guy will have one big pocket pair sometimes, but he's representing rolled-up trips. After all, you're representing a big two pair. I'd err on the side of caution if he's a good player.
