You said you built rolls from scrap thats cool man, but building a roll for NL10 from scrap doesn't then give you reason to go play NL25 or NL50. stay withion your roll and you will/should ship $$$ small $$ but $$ all the same

Good god, OP, why post in these forums if you're going to reject and trash talk the experienced, winning players giving you advice? You might not suck only at poker, but at life as well.

That being said, micro limits are easy. For example:

Hero is dealt KK and raises 5 BB's from UTG.
UTG+1 says "You haven't played a hand in half an hour!".
UTG+1 Calls anyway.
MP raises all-in.
Hero calls.
UTG+1 calls.

MP shows AQ or whatever, and UTG+1 shows QJs, or some other sorry ass hand.

Yes, sometimes an Ace flops or QJs makes some stupid straight or flush, but if you can't see the +EV in this then just stick to Blackjack.

Nothing wrong with being a micro baller... we all have to start somewhere.

[/ QUOTE ]qft, though micro baller is an oxymoron.

Your advice given to OP is pretty good as well, Warteen.

never played over 50 NL.

[/ QUOTE ]Why not? Do you plan to?

I read in one of the well posts or stickies not to withdraw before you get to NL200+ and I think that's very good advice.

Had you not withdrawn at the nanos/micros, you might be making say, $100/hr already.

i didnt read all that, but maybe you should take your whole bankroll to the highest full buy in limit and see if you can double up or more, if you bust then you quit or just put more money in and do a one buy in cash game again

It seems like you understand your opponents but still play "aggressively."

Never bluff except for continuation bets when HU. Value bet every street. Don't be afraid to overbet shove with the nuts becuase you'll probably get called.

Micro limits can be a pain in the ass, but you need to adjust your game. Eastern Motors has some good points on a few things you could do. You should be thankful they suck, because if you don't suck also, you'll take their money in the long run.

Also playing overrolled will help you play your best game and not worry about being sucked out on. So if you can muster 300.00 and play 10NL, go for it. But you have to make a conscious effort to improve your game and admit that you have holes in your game.

If you can't beat nl25 at a good trot then you are just not very good at poker. I've been playing for about 18 months, I started playing Limit, moved to NL about two months ago. I feel like I haven't got much clue what I'm doing, have read a few threads on uNL about moving from limit to NL, and honestly nl25 is just a joke:

You've got degrees and stuff, well done, you're not stupid, but you obviously suck at teh poker. So either give up, and do something useful with your life, or at least admit that you suck so you can improve.
