In a heads up situation with two pair against an opponent with the stats you provided for one bet on the river this wasn't a laydown I'm too crazy about... unless you had a specific information on the subject that he would never bet into a 4 flush board as bluff or any other previous experience or maybe a tell that indicated with high certainty that he actually made the flush.

Though a no-limit book Harrington claims in one of his books that one should always estimate that bluffing will be the case at least 10% of the time. There is also some informational value in calling down.

I've seen way too many retarded bluffs to fold the river in this size of a pot. And especially your opponent with those stats, I will give the crying call.
