Default NL100 - BvB - Value shove river?

Flop check is questionable, however I figured I was WA/WB and villain was the type to fold if I bet the flop, but call down light on the turn.

Is this a pretty clear value shove? Fold? What kind of range can we really construct for an opponent like this in a BvB scenario?

as played i like a call on the river, as nitty as that sounds.
If you push you're basically only getting value out of 89dd.
Strong aces (the hands you hope call a push) raise PF, and everything else beats you

yeah, value shove this. doesn't make sense for him to be leading a better hand on this river. Hands like 9d8d are more likely than A9 or whatever.

also flop check is fine - dry board and youre never getting 3 streets of value unimproved anyway

Just call the river. This is a spot where it's really clear you're either on air or pretty strong, so he's not likely to be betting the kinda hands that you wanna minraise here.

Flop check is standard against the majority of players, but varies a lot from player to player. Your turn raise is too small, and that's a really big deal in this spot.
