PayPal \"limits\" my account
Ok so I bought a bunch of junk on eBay the last few days after opening my account and now they have "limited" my account. They say that one of the things I bought (wsop dvd's on ebay) was an "unusual" charge to the credit card on my account. (wierd because I didn't use the CC I used my paypal money that was transferred there. It even says so in the history that paypal was used for hte transaction)
Anyways I can't buy junk which is what I want to do. They say I need to: -Add and Confirm a Bank Account -Enter Expanded Use Number -Fax or upload documentation -Confirm Location But this is really annoying and I don't want to have to do it.. If I just wait then do they return my account to normal? Has anyone had this type of problem? PayPal says they are currently investigating the situation. |

Re: PayPal \"limits\" my account
I'm not sure about the current rules however in the past you could only spend $XXX (I think $600) before you had to verify your account.
Just a typical e-wallet security measure. |

Re: PayPal \"limits\" my account
I've spent about 1500 and they haven't been on me about that. They advertised some sort of verification thing but never forced me to use it.
