Default PayPal \"limits\" my account

Ok so I bought a bunch of junk on eBay the last few days after opening my account and now they have "limited" my account. They say that one of the things I bought (wsop dvd's on ebay) was an "unusual" charge to the credit card on my account. (wierd because I didn't use the CC I used my paypal money that was transferred there. It even says so in the history that paypal was used for hte transaction)

Anyways I can't buy junk which is what I want to do. They say I need to:

-Add and Confirm a Bank Account
-Enter Expanded Use Number
-Fax or upload documentation
-Confirm Location

But this is really annoying and I don't want to have to do it.. If I just wait then do they return my account to normal? Has anyone had this type of problem? PayPal says they are currently investigating the situation.

I'm not sure about the current rules however in the past you could only spend $XXX (I think $600) before you had to verify your account.

Just a typical e-wallet security measure.

I've spent about 1500 and they haven't been on me about that. They advertised some sort of verification thing but never forced me to use it.
