Default 100r hand vs LILH

I DONT HAVE HH SO BARE WITH ME PLSE.were down to ~20 players in the 100r i have a avg stack at 110k in the bb i think it was 7 or 8 handed.ape opens on the CO blinds are 2500/5000 he makes it 12k ( hes been by far mmost active at the table) lilH repops on the button to 30k sb folds actions on me i got AQ u guys shove or fold? ape had 150k and lilH is like a top 5 stack at 220k. i shoved because lilH is a sicko and ape has been playing lag what do u guys think?
